Given the constant evolution of the labor market, which implies that professionals adapt their work processes to the new reality, we have developed a series of short workshops that aim to improve participants' skills and knowledge.
The focus of these workshops will be essentially practical, with the presentation of real cases and the discussion by the group, together with the trainer, of the actions to be taken in each situation.
The workshops will include subjects like Reading financial statements, How to organize my treasury, How to create my business plan
Annual budget and management control, Gamification in 3 steps, How to evaluate digital channel performance, Digital Transformation - Initiation and Digital strategy for my business.
- Target Audience: Professionals responsible for decision making in companies.
- Participants: Maximum of 8 per share.
- Hours: The workshops will be held in post-work hours, from Monday to Friday, in three-hour sessions. If there is a group of participants that wants a different time, a new schedule may be agreed.
- Payment Conditions: The payment of 50% in the registration of the workshop and the remaining 50% must be made with the confirmation of the frequency of a specific action.
- Certificate: Each participant will be entitled to a certificate.
