Applications are open for participation in INOV Contacto - International Internship Program, promoted by AICEP, under which companies can receive, between 6 and 9 months, a qualified trainee, who will be directed to create synergies and promote the creation Of partnerships with international companies - also benefiting from the presence of the network network of the program.
The entities interested in hosting trainees should be Portuguese companies with structures in foreign markets, multinational companies, NGOs or multilateral organizations, with a clearly defined internationalization strategy.
The trainees, who are up to 29 years of age, at the beginning of the internship, with a completed degree and Portuguese and English proficiency, participate for 6 to 9 months in a program consisting of three stages:
- Course of international practices, taking place in Portugal, which includes a global program of two days for all candidates, plus a period of training in real work context, in the host entity selected in Portugal;
- Internship abroad;
- Closing seminar and integration support.
AICEP, as the entity responsible for the program, assigns to selected trainees:
- In the first phase a training grant in the amount corresponding to twice the IAS (€ 842.64), plus meal allowance, accident insurance and allowance up to a maximum of € 25, accommodation during the period Campus, through the approval of proof;
- In the second phase, the trainees will also be entitled to a stay allowance, indexed to the country where the internship is held, round trip between Portugal and the country of destination, and personal accident insurance, including political risk coverage, and insurance of health.
