Portugal 2030 - Incentives Lost Fund - SME Qualification

SMEs located in NUTS II on the Continent (North, Center, Lisbon, Alentejo and Algarve) can apply for Portugal 2030 financial incentives within the scope of individual qualification projects.

The application period starts on 06/07/2024, with the analysis and decision made according to the following phases:
- Phase 1: completion on 10/31/2024 (5 pm)
- Phase 2: completion on 01/30/2025 (5 pm).

Operations with a minimum eligible investment of 200 thousand euros are eligible for support, in terms of qualification and digitalization of SME business models that aim to adopt more advanced business strategies and increase the capacity for integration into value chains global, through the implementation of intangible domains of competitiveness.

Participation rates correspond to a non-refundable incentive with an incentive rate of 50%, calculated on the project's eligible expenses. For projects located in the NUTS II region of Lisbon, the incentive rate is 40%.
